For two days, the city hosts Small Business Saturday, an annual campaign designed to encourage residents to shop their gifts at independently-owned stores in town. Most of the boutiques, shops, and mom-and-pop stores on Main and Broad Streets participate, and you can be sure of some unique finds. Most businesses also offer store specials, drinks, appetizers, crazy deals, open houses, and other treats during this festive time. 

Mistletoe Sip & Shop – December 6 And 20

Mooresville residents like to do Christmas the right way, and you can expect classic delights in December. Everything from Victorian carolers and pictures with Santa to ice-skating, hot cocoa, wagon rides, and seasonal sweets await in Downtown Mooresville. This Christmas event, which runs from 5 to 9 pm, includes two life-sized snow globes, an animated projected light show, and other fun family activities.
